• Registration Confirmation: Complete your registration on our conference website. Official confirmation follows upon receipt of your registration fee payment.
• System Test and Meeting Login: You’ll receive credentials for a pre-event test meeting. Log in 60 minutes before your presentation to ensure everything is running smoothly. All you need is a computer with internet access and speakers/headphones. We recommend testing your system beforehand for a hassle-free experience.
• Session Link and Plenary Information: Prior to the conference, a link to join your session and details for attending the live plenary session will be provided.
