RNDr. Ing. Lenka Cimbálníková, Ph.D., MBA, Co-Chair, icCSBs October 2017, graduated at the Faculty of Science at University J.E. Purkyně and at the Faculty of Business and Management at Brno University of Technology. She worked in various managerial positions. She was Vice-Dean for combined studies at Faculty of Art in Palacký University Olomouc where she was also the Director of the Institute of Lifelong Learning and an assistant and guarantor of managemet´s modules, courses and fields of study at the Department of Sociology and Adult Education.

Currently she is Vice-Chancellor for Academic development at the private university B.I.B.S., a.s. in Brno. 

She focuses on management, strategic management, Human Resources and adult education as a lector and a consultant, she also cooperates with companies in the processing of personnel strategies, implementation of Human Resources and education and development of employees. In these areas she is also continously involved in the implementation of almost twenty projects.

She has published or co-authored several professional publications, and she participates in the solution of scientific research projects and the activities of associations focusing on human resource development.

She is a certified lecturer for an adult education, she is a licensee of European´s Business Competence Licence EBCL, she holds the license for the use of the methodology Work Ability Index and also she is an expert on creating competency models.
For the merits of Palacký University Olomouc she was awarded by Rector´s bronze medail in 2011.In 2012 she gained Vladimír Jochman´s Price for significant achievements in the field of adult education.

 

Ing. Josef Polák, Ph.D., Co-Chair, icCSBs October 2017, has obtained Ph.D. degree in Companies Management and Economy sphere by Faculty of Business and Management at Brno University of Technology. Also he is a diplomated engineer in Electrotechnic production and management. Now he is working as a coordinator, a lector and a Modul Leader especially for Financial management of all levels (Bc., MSc, MBA) in College B.I.B.S.,a. s. in Brno. He operates as an guarantor for modules and ensures recruiting of lectors and all his modules coordination. As part of continuous education, he gained another experience in Mendel University and Brno University of Technology. His publishing activities are wide and he is a leader of final works for many students of economic fields.

He actively cooperates, except of academic sphere, also with many private or special organizations as HKTDC, Business chamber, The Association of Credit for Central and Eastern Europe and so on. He is an expert for export and commercial risks in sphere of cooperation with Asian partners. He was successful business undertaker in sphere financial consultancy with focus to insurance and investment.
